Our Semi-Annual Preventive Maintenance service empowers you to meet or exceed your Clause 15 (Maintenance and Ongoing Verification) requirements under CSA Z7396.1. We inspect and service terminal units, zone valves, alarm systems, manifolds and control equipment, as well as source equipment (pumps, compressors and dryers) in collaboration with manufacturers.

Included are minor repairs, a qualified interpretation of your system's condition and overall level of compliance, and a comprehensive, filterable Excel report detailing the equipment on your pipeline.

Where service is no longer possible or reasonable, we supply and install the best available retrofits to replace your obsolete, non-conforming or unreliable equipment, with no partiality to any manufacturer.
